Last updated: November 2, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of portabletoiletfortwayne.com, operated by Demetria Portable Toilets ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website.
This website provides general information about the business, its service offerings, service areas, and ways to make an inquiry. Website content is informational and does not, by itself, create a service contract, reserve an appointment, guarantee availability, or confirm that a particular service can be performed at a particular address.
Submitting a form, email, or telephone inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a project or establish final pricing, scope, timing, or other service terms. Estimates and availability may depend on the details supplied, location, site conditions, scheduling, materials, and other factors. Any actual service arrangement is subject to confirmation by the relevant provider and any separate quote, work order, or written agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding the purchased service, the separate agreement controls for that service to the extent stated in it.
Service descriptions, service-area lists, examples, photographs, and other content are provided for general guidance and may change. A listed location does not guarantee that every service is available there. Contact the business or relevant provider to confirm current coverage, requirements, pricing, and availability before relying on website information.
If the website or business refers an inquiry to another provider, that provider may be an independent business with its own prices, qualifications, insurance, policies, and contractual terms. A referral or introduction is not a guarantee of a third party's work, availability, conduct, or performance. Before hiring a provider, confirm the provider's identity, scope of work, credentials where relevant, price, insurance where relevant, and written terms. Responsibility for an actual service is determined by the agreements and applicable law governing that service.
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or overload the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or collect information through unauthorized means, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false or unlawful material, infringe another person's rights, or use the website to harass or harm others.
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, branding, design, graphics, photographs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to the business or its respective rights holders and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where applicable law permits it.
Links, maps, embedded features, or communication tools may be supplied by third parties for convenience. A link does not necessarily mean that the business endorses the linked site or its content. Third-party products and services are subject to their own terms, and their availability or operation is not controlled by this website.
To the extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every item of information is complete or current, or that the website will be free of harmful components. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Demetria Portable Toilets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, this website. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, override mandatory consumer protections, or replace the terms governing a separately agreed service.
Information submitted through this website may be handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Review that policy for information about collection, use, disclosure, retention, and privacy requests.
We may update website content or these terms from time to time by posting a revised version here. Changes apply from the stated update date, subject to applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These terms are subject to the laws and mandatory legal protections applicable to the business and the visitor's circumstances. Nothing in this section removes any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
